XMS3 is great value and will sit happily in the Sabretooth - 4Gb set is great value at £30 - and the 8GB set, these are on a t'his week special' which ends Wednesday morning.
The other advantage of the XMS3 is that they have agreat track recor of running at ~1.5V which is abomus ofr SB setups when overlcoking.
It will set the memory at 1.65V - which isn't a problem as you can set the voltage independently after using the XMP, if that is your want.
It's more a best practice thing - as setting the memory manually, when overclocking, ensures that the memory inputs are correct and running according to spec (or under in the case of voltage).
Also, some overclocking stability issues have been resolved by setting the memory manually - when the XMP has been in use.
