Ram for super old I 7 4770k

Wanting to go to 16gb (which I thought I had!) ram

Not planning on a new system for some time (if ever) with prices like they are.

Not even sure what's available. Or if I need to look used?

I have 4gb*2 sticks of something. I'll have to get the case opened up.

Cant you just search for that then and buy it 2nd hand?

Will need to make sure your motherboard can handle it.

But yeah you'll need DDR3 to go with an i7 4770k CPU.

2nd hand is probably the way to go if you want to upgrade an older system and want to build a new one later down the line.
