Ram for XP Machine

I've got an XP Pro machine with 1GB of RAM that's just starting to struggle so could probably benefit from 2-3GB. Is there a program that'll tell me what sort of RAM the machine is currently running so I can get some more/replacement?

cpu-z will tell you what ram you are running.

I know I can't fully use 4GB but should I get that anyway? Anyone recommend some from the OC store?

i have a 1gig stick that will fit your board going in the Members market. Its unbranded, but works fine (memtested), if you're interested

try a program called speccy - not sure I can link to it but is first in the google search
