Double data rate synchronous dynamic random-access memory (DDR SDRAM).
DDR ram passes data using both the rising and falling edges of the system clock without changes to the clock frequency.
So basically you double up the DRAM frequency to get the real speed of your memory.
As with your memory :- 932.1 x 2 = 1862.4MHz (You may find your bus speed is running slightly lower than 100MHz, this is why it is slightly lower that 1866mhz which is normal so don't worry about that.)
As others have said above it is correct what you see and it is working great.
