RAM frequency vs. timing

Hi guys, I'm up with another question.

My corsair vengeance can be set to
1866Mhz + 9-10-9-27 or 1600Mhz + 8-8-8-22.

Which config will be better for photoshop and playing games?

You'll likely never notice the difference with the naked eye. Try both settings gaming or test with benchmarks and compare the 2.

From my exp tighter timings make more of a difference over clock speed.
