ram, haswell and msi z87 settings

hi

putting a new bundle together and i have the following:

intel i5 4670k cpu haswell
msi z87 g45 gaming mobo
16 gig of corsair vengenance pro 2133 mhz

the mobo support ram above 1600 but shows it as (OC) in brackets which i assume means overclocked.

does the mobo increase the timings and speed automatically of do i adjust the XMP settings?

Set XMP. Reboot, check XMP has set the timings and speed correctly using DRAM tab of CPU-Z. NB 1066mhz on CPU-Z is 2133mhz.
