RAM Heatsink

Does anyone use RAM heatsink? Does it make a big difference for cooling?

I've not got any on my RAM, would I see any difference if I were to get some? Or is it only noticeable on fast high spec RAM

Ram has such low voltage these days that cooling really is not needed. Even on high speed ram heatsinks wont make any real difference and are mainly just for show.
