RAM Heatsink

ok so i have This Ram x2 in my system, but cos of the cooler i have i can only have two sticks installed.....if i take the Heatsink off of that ram it will fit under the cooler, its ok to take the heatsink off right ?. its only stuck on vie a sticky strip anyway . also i have the ram @1600MHz

should be fine but it might run a bit hotter

ok lol so I decided to go all the way ...and removed the Heatsinks from all four Ram sticks

Yeah it seems fine , and the only thing that seems to get warm/hot ( 55c) is my graphics card GTX 560 Direct CU , when i'm playing a game
