ram height with noctua

Hi, quick question will the Corsair XMS3 (2x4GB) fit on a asus p8p67 pro board with the noctua nh-d14 as the CPU cooler? Heard it can overhang the RAM slots.

Could you also tell me if this RAM will fit with the noctua?

The Corsair should be fine with the cooler, also the Geil should be fine

The ones which need to be watch are the Patriot or the Corsair Dominator.
