RAM Help

So i am getting a new system and i currently have the following selected :

but it states that its out of stock and was wondering would there be another good option to get some RAM, this is the motherboard i am getting :

Which one would be good to get, i have about £75 to spend on the RAM, but i could go upto £100 if it increases performance and such

i was actually considering that, and its only a few quid more
thanks for the advice, so you dont think 6gb+ would be worth the extra £20-30?
