A friend needs more ram for her system. No problem normally, i'd simply visit her, check out what type she has, and get more. However, this friend lives far away and has no clue about computers and doesn't want to open up her system. So i need a program that can display everything about the ram, from pins, to speed to how many free slots etc etc. Anyone know of a program like this. I tried sisoft sandra and it gave some info, but not about pin type etc etc.

-Best to find out what motherboard is in there. Is it a OEM machine, if so get the name and model number and search the wobbly web.
-Depending on what version of OS it is, theres DXDIAG, System Info. Or 3rd party apps such as CPU-Z.
