Ram issue gigabyte b550i

I just tried 2 X 16gb Corsair vengeance ddr4 3200 in my gigabyte b550i but one of the sticks doesn't seem to be working. The ram model number is CMK32GX4M2E3200C16.

One of the sticks works in both slots the other in neither.

Has anyone else successfully used this same ram in this board.
It is not on the qvl so not sure if that is playing a part. Would rather not get it replaced and have the same issue.
Is anyone using 32gb in this board that is widely available in the UK that isn't double the price?

I had to go out before I could reset the bios or CMOS so will try that in the morning.

Given what you've said it sounds like one of your sticks is dead.

I'd set up a return with wherever you bought them from.

I have the Gigabyte B550I Aorus, I have 32Gb (2 x 16Gb) Kingston Fury Beast 3200, runs fine, KF432C16BB1K2/32, had to set it to the right profile in the Bios though
