Hi Guys

wondered if you could help me?

i have 4x4gb of RAM DDR 1600, now i know my motherboard can only run up to 1333mhz

bios detects:
slot1: 4GB
slot2: 2GB
slot3 2GB
slot4: 2GB

DXDIAG detects:

1zhvyw.jpg

could this be due to the RAM being set to the wrong voltage?

I Did recently move motherboard jumpers to reset BIOS, i have since updated the BIOS to the most recent version

any ideas how i get 16GB detected, i know the MOBO can take 16

Are all the ram sticks the same make/model? -I'd highly recommend only using exactly the same ram in all slots.

What does Windows say if you only have 1 stick in at a time?

ie..

stick 1 in slot 1,

then boot with stick 2 in slot 2

etc

Are they detected properly?
