I have 2 X 256 RAM in slots 1 & 3 of my ASUS P800 Ithink) MB. I have ordered 2 X 1GB RAM and want to know if I should put them in slots 2 & 4, put the biggest in 1 & 3 or does it not matter as long as they are in matched pairs. Cheers.

i would just remove the 2 x 256 all together and just keep the 2 x 1gig in 1 and 3 to run in dual channel
