Freind has GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 PC2-6400C4 800MHz

And i just upgraded my ram and have 2gb OcZ 800MHz spare...

Would it be ok to mix?
Thinking i've heared the timings need to match maybe?

I mixed 2x1GB OCZ 1066Mhz 5-5-5 and 2x1GB Corsair 1066Mhz 7-7-7- it didnt do to badly at 5-5-5 15 @ 970ish Mhz
Its better not to mix but I was surprised what I achieved!
