RAM & Mobo upgrades

Got a few quid spare so thought I'd upgrade my rig's RAM & motherboard, because afaik they're the weakest areas of my system. Just wanted some opinions on which would be best for my current specs.

For RAM, I was thinking of the Corsair Dominator GT 6GB (3x2GB) DDR3 2000MHz. I've heard the Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz is pretty decent but the added speed of the 2000Mhz makes me think it's the best choice.

For the motherboard I was thinking of the Asus Rampage III Extreme. The EVGA Classified 3 is only a tenner more but from what I've read in reviews, overclocking with the R3E is incredibly easy.

Current specs:
CPU: i7 920 2.6Ghz (Stock speed, currently)
RAM: Corsair XMS3 6GB 1600
Graphics: 2x ATI Radeon HD 5870
Motherboard: Asus P6T Intel X58
PSU: Corsair HX750W

with the ram i dont think you will notice that much differents tbh so put that towards a SSD. I would also get a decent CPU cooler and overclock your cpu, you would see more of a performance that way i ithink .

I already have one SSD (Intel X25-M 80GB) that I use for the OS and a few other programs.

My heatsink is the Corsair H50, from what I've read it works well with overclocked CPUs, don't think I need to upgrade it.

Save your cash, the P6T is good board and theres no need for anything more on the RAM front either

Replace the stock fan with a viper fan as it is the best fan out there... Have you overclocked yet?.

Not yet, was planning on doing it after upgrading.
