RAM + MOBO

Hi im getting a C2D E6600, but i have yet to decide on MOBO and RAM, i dont thnk il be overclocking anytime soon so thats not an issue, im not wanting to spend a huuuuuge amount! I was just wondering what my combination choices were.

i had seen that one but i didnt know if there are any compatibility issues :S ive got about £150 to spend on the mobo and £115 on RAM

im intending of putting a 8800 GTX graphics card in, will that run ok with that motherboard? i might get that hardrive actually!
