Ram not running at full speed...

In short i have a P8Z77-V LX and Corsair vengeance 1600mhz 8gb, yet my ram speed is apparently only running at 1337 mhz, does anyone know whats going on or how to fix the problem and get my ram up to the speed it should be?

Have you tried to go into the BIOS and set the RAM speed and timing manually?

Some ram isn't set to its rated speed by default and has to be upped manually. You can do this through the bios

Go into the bios and enable XMP.
