Hi 8 Pack, been having a few niggling issues with ram oc'ing. Settings are.

cpu, 4.5ghz, 1.267v
cache, 4300mhz, 1.25v
ioa, 1.25
iod, 1.25
sa, 1.25.

Ram is the tg vulcan red c10 2400mhz kit. Decided to clock the ram to 2600mhz, 1.75v timings slackened to 11-12-12-32 2T. Defaults are 10-11-11-31 2T. The above runs asus rog bench fine for 2 loops. But testing super pi 32m results in failure after two loops with a rounding error. Shortly after this i went to shut down the pc whereupon the system blue screened on 0x50, (possible dram v/qpi/vtt) going by code lists on here. Any tips on what i can do to remedy this. Thanks in advance.

11-13-13-35 2T completes pi32m grand, (7m 04s). Cache at stock, 1.1v. 1.15 0n ioa/d and sa.

11-13-12-31 1T failed on pi just after completing the 23rd loop.

Auto 2nd + 3ed timings below.

Relaxing TRFC to 196 and tRDRD to 6 along with the last three 3rds at 12 results in 32m passing ok.

Ill also try a run or two of realbench and a spot of gaming. Cheers 8 Pack.

Will do, just ran real bench. Score down to 81616 from my previous best effort, (82503). Im guessing this could be down to running the cache at stock as opposed to 4300mhz?

Tbh im mainly a gamer, (bf series, 3/4). But i do like to tweak things. Im fairly new to pc's and overclocking. I done ok on s775, (q6600 at 3.8 on air) then moved to x58, too easy to clock on that platform tbh mate. Im not the most knowlegable guy regarding oc'ing, but willing to read/learn. Besides, free performance. We all love a freebie.:). Btw 8 Pack, have you used the maximus VI formula much, and how would you compare it to the extreme, pcie aside of course. I was offered a m6 extreme from a bloke at work today, (he doesnt oc). I was extremely tempted.
