Ram only at 800MHz

Finally managed to get round to testing all my RAM and it is all booting fine but for some reason it is running at 800MHz.

it is the hyperX Beast 1600Mhz 4x4gb sticks. Any ideas?

according to what?

CPUz etc will show the ram speed @ 800MHz, but DDR means double data rate, so that means it running @ 1600MHz

3d fire strike and HWinfo both show as 800, although I did complete forget that it doubles. My bad. Cheers.

yer 3d mark shows my gpu's at stock speed but there very much overclocked. sometimes its a little buggy at picking up info.

I'd like to thank OP for making the thread as it made me load up CPUz and look at the memory tab, and it turns out at some point my 2400MHz ram has reverted back to 1600MHz
