Ram overclock and timing help

Is my RAM running at the correct speeds and timings?

Is there anything i can do to improve it?

I'm using this RAM:

I do not think anyone can help you because I am not sure anyone can see the image?

But since your sticks are the default ram settings on Intel board I would hazard an educated guess and say yes,

Short answer is Yes they are.
