This was my previous setup:

AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Winchester (socket 939)
Asus A8N-SLi Deluxe
2x Corsair 1GB DDR XMS3200XL Pro TwinX (2x512MB) - 2Gb Ram in total in dual channel mode
ATI Radeon X850 XT PE
Enermax Noisetaker 600W PSU
Thermalright XP-120 CPU Cooler with Arctic Silver 5
Audigy 2 ZS

Due to m/board failing, and having a DFI m/board lying around :) this is my setup now:

AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Winchester (socket 939)
DFI Lanparty nF4 Sli-Dr
200XL Pro TwinX (2x512MB) - 2Gb Ram in total in dual channel mode
ATI Radeon X850 XT PE
Enermax Noisetaker 600W PSU
Thermalright XP-120 CPU Cooler with Arctic Silver 5
Audigy 2 ZS

No major change I know, but.....I seem to be able to get much better, stable overclocks on this board. At the moment Im aiming for around the 2.6Ghz overclock. But the one question Ive got at the moment, is regarding the RAM.

Ram settings at present:

Frequency: 210Mhz
CAS: 2
RAS to CAS:2
RAS:2
Tras: 7
Trc:10
Dram Idle Timer: 256

My questions are:
1. Is it ok to have the frequency as high as 210Mhz (everything seems stable)
2. What should the Dram Idle Timer be set to, is 256 to high?
