Hey Guys,

I have never tampered with RAM overclocking until tonight.

Am I better off with:

1600 9 9 9 24 (stock)

or

1866 10 10 9 24

??

Thanks in advance.

Hmmm,

Overcloked settings fail prime95. Perhaps I'll just stick with stock.

I understand giving memory a voltage bump is a bad idea?

Ok thanks.

It did start to seem a bit fruitless after 10 mins or so!

Do you see any worthwhile gains from OCing ram? Is it something to consider when buying Ram in the future?

Perhaps I'll get better ram next time then. I'll probably be doing another build in a couple of months when Haswell comes out.

What is the best on the market at the mo for overclocking?
