Am running the following setup :

GA965P-DS3P
E6300
2GB F2-6400cl4D GSkill

So far I've reached FSB of 475, with VDIMM of 2.2V and VCORE of 1.55V, runs prime stable, although does get near to 70c.

I can't seem to get to 480 (or higher ;)) - do you think my memory is the limiting factor here?

TBH you're probably reaching the limits of the P965 chipset :)

Have you slackened off the timings on the RAM?

Could be, I've got the same mobo as you, mines a rev2.0 and I've slapped a 40mm fan on the NB as without it it gets mighty toasty. Max FSB I've had my board up to is 450.

I relaxed timings to 6-6-6-14 and now booting and runs Crysis benchmark without a problem, so I'm pretty sure its the memory holding me back ! I don't really want to put any more voltage through, as its already on 2.2V

I've managed to get it to FSB of 490, boots into windows but as soon as I start 100% load on TAT, locks up :(

Should the FSB and MCH overvoltage settings play a part in stability when the FSB is this high?

I think I've reached the limit for my chip tbh, now just need to get it stable :)
