RAM Prices

Have the RAM prices gone up here? There has been a £9 increase to the system i am planning to buy, and its the only thing that looks different in price. The system went from £882, to £891

Well the prices best stay low, ive got £900 to order it with on the 27th of this month.

thats funny as its reported ddr3 prices have just took a kick in the teeth due to economic crisis

In the US most prices are dropping or staying the same - they know they can only sell things in the "current climate" by being cheap: otherwise they go outta business.

Problem over here is that although prices may drop 5%, the exchange rate means our prices go up more like 40-50%.

Bad news for those of us wanting to buy a PC, and for the companies who have no option to raise prices at the time when people are spending less.

OCUK might have a better time of it since it's mainly enthusiast; I feel sorry for the little guys in town centres. One of ours already just went bust.
