RAM problem in photoshop

Hello,

I've just got Photoshop and have been setting it up following some tutorials.

Now when I go to exit Photoshop it asks to save the the picture I am working on so I press Yes but then I get a message saying:

Could not complete your request becasuse there is not enough memory (RAM)

Any ideas why?

Checking the Windows Task Mangaer, under PF Usage, only 605MB is being used.

How much RAM do you have mate?

Kind of fixed it. I just chosed not to save the picture and then it crashed Photoshop but my settings are still saved.

I think it might have had something too do with me choosing Scratch disks but maybe not.
