RAM problem

Here is my current rig :

AMD Athlon 64 X2 dualcore 5600+

ASRock AM2NF3-VSTA

2x 1GB Corsair CM2X1024-6400C4

Ati HD3850 AGP 512MB

The problem seems to be that my mem is only at 400Mhz (according to Cpu-z) when it should be at 800Mhz

Is there a jumper on this board to set it accordingly or is it thru the setup in the bios that i change this?

Let me know if I've missed anything relevant

You will need to double what cpu-z shows - you are running at 800mhz

yup,what rjc said...you are running dd2...so 400 (x2) =800
