RAM Problems - High Usage

I have recently come across some issues with my RAM. At first it was idling at around 30% which I believe is normal for 8GB, then it shot up to 90%+ when idle. I don't know what caused this or how to fix it.

This problem wasn't fixed by restarting my PC and gets really annoying as everything is extremely slow.

I believed it would be a memory leak but I have no idea how to detect and fix one.

I fixed the problem by downloading AVG's PC TuneUp which fixed all the issues slowing my PC down.
