Does the quantity of RAM often affect the stability of overclocked systems?
I am considering buying the heavily overclocked Q6600 system on This Week Only, and asked OCs if I could increase RAM above the standard 2GB. The reply was that a 4GB option is not offered "due to added stability issues".
Is this a common problem folks? (I did find that an Athlon 3700 system I built a year ago would freeze in Flightsim 2004 if I put 4 x 512MB Ram chips in, but was ok with any 2 of those).
