Ram question - 4gbs

So i have the spec you can see in my sig, and heres my question.

i got 4gbs of ram

if im playing cod4 or other new games ram will sit at 70-75% load yet it says i have no free ram left.

help would be great, its a new pc just wanna make sure im gettin all of it, thanks

Its the way Vista uses memory, it leaves very little actually "free", however isn't actually "using" 100% of the resources all the time.

If another application requests memory that Windows is "holding" but not using, then it gives it up in order for the more pressing app to use available memory.

ok and with 4gbs or ram and vista whats a normal % of ram for it to idle on, like just using msn n xfire?

Mine sits around 32-37%
