In picture blow it says (2.50 GB usable) it never said this before, waht does this mean.

I should say that every time i start on my rig i get a message saying new device found trying to install drivers but it fail to do so.

I know this has nothing to do with my ram now, I found out that the device W7 was looking for is a Logitech Wingman GamePanel. very strange as i only have 3 Logitech items a G15, G5 and STX webcam.
