RAM recommendations for new build

I just ordered an IP35-Pro and an E8200 and I need a hand choosing a decent 2x 1GB kit to go with it. This will be my first time using DDR2 so I really have no idea what's regarded as good for overclocking, reliable and compatible with the other parts etc :confused:

Also have a look at OCZ 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-6400C4 Dual Channel Platinum Revision 2 XTC Series DDR2.

So far the P35 chipset in general and that MOBO specifically are very "RAM friendly" so you should have no issues getting a good OC. With that CPU, I'd suggest some PC8000 or faster. Also, as low as prices are, you may want to compare the 2 x 2gb kits before you buy.

I'd go with that. I think they are on offer this week too.
