Ram Setting Issues

I recently reset my system and motherboard back to defaults which reset the settings after having a few other hardware issues. Now when I play games and do other tasks and my system often lags and maked a horrible buzzing noise that I can not stand. I have had this issue before and it came down to the RAM settings being wrong and everything seemed to be fine afterwards. Now after I reset my motherboard I changed the settings to what they were as far as I can remember but I'm guessing something is still wrong. I have included a few shots of the BIOS to see if anyone can see which settings need changed. I am currently running memtest as that brought up error messages last time which led me to realise the issue was with the RAM.

Thanks in advance

first thing I've noticed is that you have your ram set to different timings.
The first is set to manual and you have set "two and three" on auto

you have also set your RAM to 1600MHz which will automatically overclock your cpu to 4.0GHz, I would check the cpu temp on load. (download asus probe) and check

Overclocking on auto will also up the voltage to the QPI/DRAM. "not good for your cpu" I would set this to 1.2 or 1.3 if overclocking to 4.0GHz

My cpu is around 40 degrees and not overclocked at all. I have never changed the information under 2nd and 3rd information. The ram is advertised at 1600Mhz and at CL 8-8-8-24 (CAS-TRCD-TRP-TRAS).

fair enough, but your timings are wrong. You will have to set Dram timing mode on the 2nd and third to manual and CL 8-8-8-24

at the moment this is set to CL 7-7-18-9

where are you getting your info for your speed of cpu

If i select DRAM timing mode on the second information part it gives me the options to select 1N, 2N or 3N and i cant input them timings into the other fields.

Thanks for the help though.
