Ram settings help!

hey all, just wondering if anyone can help me with my ram settings. Im not a overclocker i just run things at stock. here is my settings

I just wanted to make sure that the settings was ok, thanks.

hmm call me dumb, cause I could be wrong, but isnt all the RAM in your PC meant to have the same timings?

I really have no idea, this is why i am asking really. my timings at the moment are 5-5-5-15.

Rufio, everything looks fine @ standard settings although your ram is rated to run at 533MHz (DDR2-1066) but currently you have it "underclocked" to 400MHz (DDR2-800) . . . if your happy with the system and you don't want any fuss then your good . . .

There may be scope to speed up the memory if your motherboard has the right BIOS settings and can indeed support faster memory frequency!
