RAM settings on Q6600 Overclock

I've got a Q6600 GO stepping with a Asus P5K Deluxe and G.Skill 4GB RAM.
I'm looking to overclock to about 3.4GHZ.

What RAM settings should I be looking at? I've read somewhere that their speed should be mapped 1:1 with the FSB? What about timings?

Just set your FSB to 378 * 9 with a memory ratio of 1:1. You'll probably need to increase the volts to around the 1.45 mark depending on what motherboard you use and the level of vdroop you get. As for ram timings, that all depends on what memory you have.
