RAM settings

Please forget that I've got 4gb of Ballistix memory. I'm on my second lot and just waiting for these to fail.
What I want to know is how to set the memory speed on my IP35 Pro with v17 bios? I'm using the Uguru bios to oc my cpu to 3.0ghz: 333x9. My DRAM speed is 999 at this. I believe that it's designed to run at 1066 but I'm clearly missing something.
Any pointers please.

Your memory ratio has changed in order to get 3.0ghz, up your overclock further or adjust your ratio then lower your overclock.
The memory speed will increase when you up the FSB, it's a case of finding the correct balance between the 2.
