does anyone know if there is a bit of software that can tell me the exact model and speed of my ram? to save me taking a stick out and physicaly looking

right a daft question here
cpu-z says
max bandwidth PC2-6400 ( 400mhz )
so if its dual channel the mhz = 800 ?
reason being i need to know it the memory i have at the mo will go into a new mobo asus p5q pro
this is my cpu z screen

no its the heat spreader stuff like this
so am i right about the dual channel 400 = 800
and it will fit ok into that board

Yups 400mhz stuff runs at 800 when in dual channel.
