RAM spec/check

Hi, looking to pick up another 2x1GB for my empty dual channel sockets on an Asus M2R32-MVP motherboard(SocketAM2), processor is an AMD Dual core. Running Vista64 Ult.
Havent really looked into what timings etc are all about so want to check/get opinion before i buy.

and also saw the 2x2GB ones that look cheap but timings are 5-5-5-18 would it be worth a try/would it work in my system?:

I don't plan to overclock.
 
Id personally upgrade to a 2x2gb kit, less strain on the memory controller than using 4x1 sticks, plus vista 64 will benefit from it.
 
Id opt for the kingston hyperx 4gb8500 kit, the ocz is pc6400 and has different voltage/timings than your current stuff, which could cause stability issuues. I think that 4gb is plenty of ram at the minute.
