RAM spec me

okies, in the process of building a rig for a mate, ive got 230 (250 MAX!) to spend on ram, not that 4gig 2x2gig stick slush pls.

Oh! its a gameing/heavy desktop use.

edit: forgot the specs, must be DDR2 and 6400 and above, with very high ocing potential.
