RAM Speed, is this right?

My new RAM arrived today, Team Group Vulcan ORANGE 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 2133MHz Dual Channel Kit!

Took my old sticks out and put these ones in, but speccy says...

16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 799MHz (11-11-11-28)

Is that right? 800MHz? Even if it was 800 per stick that's still 1600 not 2133

Is there something else I need to do?

I had no idea what you just said so I had to google it, then I had to google how to get into my bios because the screen flashes so fast I don't see which key to press.

But I got it, and I did it, and now speccy says

16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 1066MHz (10-12-12-31)

I was going to explain how to do it but there's a better feeling when you get a hint and then learn how to do it yourself
