Ram speed problem

Are you looking at this with CPU-Z? If yes you will need to double what this said, if not then you will need to pop into the BIOS and adjust the memory multiplier.

What is your system spec? :)

You either have to set the timings, speed and voltage manually in bios. Or if the ram features xmp, enabling this will do it all for you.

download cpu-z and look in the spd and memory tabs

enable xmp in the bios if your memory supports it,it sets correct speed/timings for you

Which motherboard you've got exactly ?
Have you got the latest BIOS (probably not, if you can't see anything regarding to memory settings) ?

in the bios of your motherboard, in the oc section menu, theres an option to enable xmp. As your ram kit is xmp certified, this will set all the timings and voltages etc automatically.

When in the BIOS go to Overclock (OC) settings and you will see DRAM Frequency check this and adjust.

If you look on page 3-4 of the manual this will show the location.
