Youre looking for where it says '400 Mhz' (or 399.whatever), and then using however many (or few) brain cells you might have to multiply that by 2.
It can be difficult, 400 is a big number to multiply by 2. Maybe click on the start menu, go into programs > accessories > calculator and use that. You have to remember to type in '400', then click the '*' button, then click on '2', and finally click on '='.
