RAM Speed's in bios

Hey I have 8GB KINGSTON HYPER-X GENESIS DUAL-DDR3 1600MHz (2 x 4GB KIT)
but in my BIOS i have the following options
864 MHz
1151 MHz
1439 MHz
1728 MHz

but my ram is 1600MHz what do I do?

I guess you're overclocking or something? 1439Mhz will be fine

yup must be overclocked.
I would try 1728 to see if it runs and its stable....if not drop it down to 1439
What is your mobo CPU ECT?

mobo ASUS M5A99X EVO
cpu AMD phenom II 965 3.7ghz
gpu powercolour 7950 pcs edition

il try it at 1728 but how will i know if its stable any programmes i should get?

if it isnt stabe it will more than likely crash or blue screen or auto restart

as above just use it like normal, you will soon know if its a problem.

I can run my memory (Corsair XMS31600mhz) at those clocks stable but not sure on the Kingston Hyper-X but I think it should be fine from the reviews i`ve read about them.
