ram timeings?

just would like to know where i enter my ram timeings in the bios

i would like to enter 4-4-4-12

but not sure where exactly i enter it ?

What mobo do you have?

In my DS4 ( and the DS3 ) you need to press CTRL + F1 to get the memory options in the bios.
