RAM timings queery

cpu-z shows the ram timings as shown in piccie. i havent changed anything in the bios with regard to this but on the box, the ram says its timings are 9-9-9-24???

Oh, yea your mobo changes the frequency as soon as you install ram so up the timing to 9-9-9-24 and set the frequency to 1600mhz cause atm yours is running at 1060mhz which is why the timings are low because its running under stock speed of 1600mhz
