My RAM timings have been set by the BIOS and want to know whether they are wrong.

My RAM is 2GB (2x1GB) CorsairTwinX XMS2, DDR2 PC2-6400.

Any ideas?

I believe its these:

Edit: Actualy here is a copy n past from where I got em from:

The TWIN2X2048-6400 is a 2 GByte matched pair of DDR2 SDRAM DIMMs. This part delivers outstanding performance in
the latest generation of DDR2-based motherboards. It has been tested extensively in multiple DDR2 motherboards to ensure
compatibility and performance at its rated speed. This memory has been verified to operate at 800MHz at the low latencies of
5-5-5-12-2T.

Manufacturer: Corsair

Size: 2GB (2x1GB)

Memory Model: XMS2

Memory Type: DDR2

Memory Type (ECC): Non-ECC

Memory Type (R/U): Unbuffered

Memory Speed: PC2-6400 (800)

Pins: 240

Module Configuration: 64Mx8

CAS Latency: 5-5-5-12

My 6400 Geil Ultra did the same as well, it was set to [email protected]. So I changed it down to 4-4-4-12 and forgot to change the voltages so the PC crashed :p

I then added +0.3v to make it run at the Geil standard 2.1v, tis perfect now ;)
