RAM Timings Set by BIOS

My RAM timings have been set by the BIOS and want to know whether they are wrong.

My RAM is 2GB (2x1GB) CorsairTwinX XMS2, DDR2 PC2-6400.

See pic below:

I've got a feeling its wrong.

Any ideas?

Oh wait, do you mind if you post a linky to the Memory that you have?

Not sure if they are C4 or C5?

Right so the timings should be as follows:

Its right for the most part, just change the Cycle Time (TRAS) to 12.

My 6400 Geil Ultra did the same as well, it was set to [email protected]. So I changed it down to 4-4-4-12 and forgot to change the voltages so the PC crashed

I then added +0.3v to make it run at the Geil standard 2.1v, tis perfect now
