Ram timings

Hi
I have the "2gig Corsair XMS 2-5400C4" and it's showing a speed of 333Mhz in CPU-z. is this a CPU-z error or a problem with the RAM, below is a screen shot of one of the blocks. The other block is regestering the same.

ok, I just thought that it ran slightly fast then it is. so as it's in dual it's running at around 600Mhz, or am i talkin utter rubbish?
