Ram Timings?

How do I know what timings my ram can handle? It's currently running at 2-2-2-5 1T @ 200mhz. I don't know who the manufacturer is, cpu-z says "Nanya Technology", it was some generic ram anyway.

Well, not to be a smarty but, if it is stable now it is handling just about the lowest timings you can get on DDR memory, period. It may run a faster frequency but I can't see ANY memory running lower latencies.
