RAM timings

Looking at some ram, both are unbuffered and 1600mhz. But one has timings of 9-9-9-24 and the other has 9-9-9-27. The 9-9-9-27 is £15 cheaper (for 8gb), is it worth going for the 9-9-9-27 or will the performance be that much better on the 9-9-9-24 to spend the extra?

(I'll have 16gb altogether)
