RAM to go with .....

want to upgrade my ram, currently using pc4300 1Gb. What would be the best choice to go with the following spec

amd 3500+ (64bit)
Gigabyte GA_M57SLi-S4 nForce 570 MOBO
Nvidia 7600gt

budget will only allow for 1Gb right now (xmas with a large family to buy for suks lol)
